These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Best Maids Ever LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) to residential and commercial clients (“you,” “your”). By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services Provided

Best Maids Ever LLC offers professional residential and commercial cleaning services. Service details (such as frequency, scope, and pricing) are agreed upon prior to the scheduled appointment.


2. Appointments & Access

Clients must provide accurate address details, instructions, and safe access to the property.

If cleaners are unable to access the property, a lock-out fee of $75 may be charged.

Services begin and end within the agreed time frame. Additional tasks may require extra fees.


3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on property size, condition, and requested services.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.

Accepted payment methods: [Insert payment methods, e.g., credit/debit card, ACH, cash, etc.].

Late payments may incur fees or suspension of services.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

If we must cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options.


5. Client Responsibilities

Please secure valuables, fragile items, and pets during cleaning.

Inform us in advance of any special instructions, hazards, or restricted areas.

We are not responsible for damage due to items improperly secured, pre-existing conditions, or normal wear and tear.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.

We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.

Refunds are provided at our discretion.


7. Liability & Limitations

We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation for our employees.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damages, stains, or wear.

Items of sentimental or high monetary value not disclosed in advance.

Health issues arising from products supplied by the client.

Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.


8. Supplies & Equipment

We provide our own professional cleaning products and equipment.

If clients request specific products or supplies, we are not responsible for outcomes, reactions, or damages caused by those products.


9. Safety

Our staff has the right to refuse service if they feel unsafe or encounter hazardous conditions.

Clients must maintain a safe working environment free from harassment, abuse, or unsafe hazards.


10. Commercial Services (Additional Terms)

Long-term commercial contracts may include specific terms for scope, pricing, and invoicing.

Commercial clients agree to payment terms stated in their service agreement.


11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Ongoing contracts may require 30 days’ notice unless otherwise agreed.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Somerset County, New Jersey.


13. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
